Thank you for choosing us as your dentist. If any of your family or friends are looking for a new dentist we will be very happy to see them, please use our refer a patient form below.

After their first visit as a thank you we will either send you a £10 high street voucher or credit your account by £20.

We will also deduct £10 off their new patient check up.

– To qualify for the voucher or credit on account, you need to be an existing patient (visited in the last year)

– Once the person you have referred has attended their new patient check up, we will send you the voucher or credit your account

– There is no cash value to the credit or voucher
